There are CD's, cards, dominoes and other games to wile away peaceful hours after a day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping. Double glass doors lead out to screened porches which often serve as a gathering area to enjoy the pool and watch the deer coming for an evening hand-out.

Let this inviting living area be the center of your stay while at
Way of the Wolf Ranch.
Celebrate color and joy as the Gypsy Dance Room
plays out the brilliant colors of a Hill Country Ranch. Comfort and direct access to
the central living area are features you will enjoy; or step through the adjoining bath to
the privacy of a screened porch that looks out over the pool into the hills. The oak
queen sized bed and other matching furniture invite a longer stay.
Our Western Room has a mission oak double bed and a
refinished antique metal single bed offering a cozy reminder of the past. The
antique dry-sink, an old safe, mission desk and many windows invite you to return to the
ambiance of this special place.
Our
guests enter the East Lake Room from the central living area. The
soft blue walls pick up the blue in the wedding room quilt which covers the period queen
sized bed. The room includes a fold top desk for writing letters or journalizing.
From this room there is a good view of the landmark windmill on the green and the
pool beckoning you to a swim on a warm evening.
The
Sunrise Room with windows on three sides, greets the wonder of the
morning sun. It has a double bed and day bed to accommodate two to three
people. Some guests return to this room as their "favorite" because of its
bright, sunny openness.
